Topsoil in Radcliffe

Radcliffe sits on heavy clay, and a lot of the newer estates were built over old mill land where the topsoil was scraped off and never properly replaced. For a new lawn or fresh beds you want our screened topsoil, at £70 a bulk bag. Bulk bags run about 0.7 m3, so one covers roughly 7 square metres at 100mm.

The same soil handles levelling a garden or filling behind a new wall, so there is no juggling different grades. Bigger plots out at Ainsworth and Blackford Bridge just take more bags, and the spreading can be sorted for you if you would rather not shift it yourself.
