Most gardens fail on the soil, not the plants. A thin skim of poor soil over builders rubble drains badly in winter and bakes hard in summer, and nothing you plant on top of it does well. We supply proper screened topsoil: put through a screen to take out stones, root and debris, so it spreads and rakes down to a clean, workable finish.
We keep it to one grade on purpose. Screened topsoil is the soil that suits nearly every garden job: turfing beds, seeding, beds and borders, levelling and top dressing. One product, one price, £70 a bulk bag, and you know exactly what is turning up.
